Refund policy

This page restates section 6 of the Terms of Service. If Plus does not work for you, email support@solvecam.com within 14 days of your first payment and we refund it in full. Renewal payments are refundable within 14 days of the charge if Plus features were not used during that period.

Approved refunds return to the original payment method within 10 business days. Cancelling stops future renewals and access continues through the period already paid. Where consumer law gives you stronger rights, those rights apply.
